About the company:
My Client is an Award Winning Home Builder with a great reputation for delivering high quality homes and have a healthy pipeline of work. Based in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs they are looking for a Warranty & Maintenance Administrator to join the team. 

About the role:
As the Warranty & Maintenance Administrator you will work closely with to the Warranty Team Leader to deliver the highest quality customer service to your clients. 

  • Work closely with the Warranty & Maintenance Team Leader to organise trades & services
  • Coordinating trades to complete all required works on time and to a set level of quality
  • Liaise with clients in relation to the scheduling of maintenance works
  • Occasionally visit customers to gain a better understanding of maintenance works during the 90 day maintenance period
  • Provide the highest quality customer service to effected customers 
Your talents will include:
  • Exceptional customer service skills 
  • Experience in Property Management will be highly regarded 
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Pleasant and understanding phone manner 
SALARY: $50,000 - $65,000 + Super
