Responsibilities:
  • Achieve an agreed sales budget
  • Manage & achieve individual sales team KPI’s
  • Implement strategies 
  • Optimise the performance of the sales team 
  • Development of high performance sales team with high performance culture
  • Identify weaknesses, opportunities and implement change where required
  • Conduct motivational weekly sales meetings
  • Quality recruitment & retention of New Homes Consultants
  • Ensure expedient delivery of clean deals into pre-construction
  • Follow through all cancellations to ensure they are closed out
  • Display home maintenance and presentation
  • Develop and deliver training and induction material for new sales consultants and associates
  • Provide daily support to trainees in person, phone and email
  • Provide training and mentoring
  • Accompany each trainee at display on weekends on a rotational basis
  • Attend client appointments
  • Identify development opportunities from monthly performance assessments
  • Ensure all deals submitted are screened and quality checked
  • Provide weekly feedback to the Sales Manager on progress
  • Champion the Sales Associate Program and provide 1 on 1 training to the Sales Associates on a weekly basis
Your talents will include:
  • Successful previous experience in a Sales Management position consistently meeting sales targets
  • Proven ability to use systems and follow process to consistently deliver results
  • Proven experience leading a team
  • Demonstrate an ability to communicate effectively and understand customer needs
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • Current driver’s license
