About the role:
  • Be the main contact between 2-3 key clients
  • Process and manage insurance claims 
  • Portfolio management 
  • Client meetings
  • Building relationships
  • General administration around the office 
  • Answering calls 
Your talents will include:
  • Experience with an insurance builder in administration, claims management or account management is essential 
  • Self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Focus on customer and client service
  • Excellent time management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to time manage a steady, high workflow 
  • Good MS Office Skills
  • Passionate about building and construction
