Job Description

About the Company:
Established over 20 years ago this well-known, well respected builder are looking to add a number of Project Coordinators to their existing project teams.
About The Role:
• Provide delivery and programming support to the Project Manager
• Assist with tender negotiations, variations and contract administration
• Process progress payments
• Assist with cost reporting
• Organise defects rectification
• Organise/schedule delivery of materials
About You:
• A degree qualification in construction management or a related discipline
• Possess an ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders
• Have a real willingness to learn and grow professionally
• Be capable of working without constant supervision
