Career Coaching 2011
Aptus Personnel have developed a career coaching program for graduate through to senior level staff. This short session will provide you with the clear understanding of your career plan, plan for 2012 and how to execute this plan.
Key points addressed during this program:
- Where is your career going?
- Are you in control of the direction your career is moving?
- How do you steer your career?
- How can my employer assist with this?
- Plan for your performance review and salary review

Future Directions Christmas Party 2010
The Victorian Property Council have a forum where young people in property are able to keep up to date with industry movements and news. Once a month on a Thursday evening the young people of Melbournes property sector get together. On Thursday the 25th of November 2010 the occasion was to celebrate Christmas and the year that was 2010.
Aptus Personnel had Tom, Andrew, David and Bryce attend this event. As were specialise across consulting engineering and construction this was a great way to celebrate a largely successful year.
