• A strong understanding of the Building Construction Sector (Residential, Commercial, Retail, Mixed Use)
• Demonstrated end to end Recruitment Experience in Construction with a long term relationship driven focus
• The ability to proactive in generating live jobs, active candidates and creating favourable outcomes from this
