Job Description

Given Aptus Personnel’s recent growth and client demand we have a great opportunity for an experienced recruitment consultant to work with our existing clients in supplying Administration, Accounts and Business Support Personnel. Our established team in Melbourne work across Property Design and Construction, working with local, interstate and international organisations.

As the preferred Recruitment Consultant you will have:

  • Several years minimum recruitment experience in business support
  • Ability to work in an end to end consulting role
  • A rain maker skill set with a warm client facing personality
  • Ability to work with all types of organisations and all sizes
  • A strong understanding of your sector
  • Demonstrated end to end Recruitment Experience with a long term relationship driven focus
  • The ability to be proactive in generating live jobs, active candidates and creating favourable outcomes from this
